Washi Paper Incense Strips — Smoky Comfort

Regular price $18.00 Sale

For the kind of evening when staying home sounds just right.

Light a strip of Smoky Comfort and cinnamon and clove begin to warm the room. Benzoin and amber add a soft sweetness, while Japanese ryunou, a type of camphor, brings a cool, slightly fresh note that keeps everything from feeling too rich.

It’s warm and familiar, with just enough smokiness to make things interesting. I’d light one on a cool evening, while making dinner, or anytime you want home to feel a little more inviting.

Each strip is made from Japanese washi paper and printed with a small message like “Take a Break” or “Cheer Up!” Pick one, light the end, and enjoy the fragrance as the paper slowly burns for about five minutes.

Keep a box somewhere easy to reach for those little moments at home, or slip an unlit strip inside a card or gift for someone you’re thinking about.

A metal clip is included to hold the paper while it burns.

Made in Awaji, Japan by the fragrance makers behind the HA KO incense collection.
