Morihata Organic Yabukita Loose Leaf Green Tea

Regular price $30.00 Sale

The kind of green tea you can happily drink every day.

Yabukita is the most widely grown tea variety in Japan, loved for a simple reason: it has a beautiful balance of gentle sweetness and refreshing astringency. Neither side takes over, making it an especially easy tea to come back to cup after cup.

Brew it and you’ll notice a warm, almost brothy aroma followed by a clean, balanced flavor. It has enough character to make you slow down and notice what you’re drinking, but it doesn’t demand a special occasion or an elaborate preparation.

This is the tea I’d keep within reach for quiet mornings, an afternoon break, or a pot shared after a meal. It’s also a lovely place to begin if you’re curious about Japanese loose leaf tea and want to experience a style enjoyed widely throughout Japan.

Sometimes the tea you reach for most is simply the one that feels good every time you make it.

Detailed brewing instructions are included with each tin.
