Morihata Organic Matcha — Jun, Premium Ceremonial Grade

Regular price $32.00 Sale

When the matcha itself is this good, you don’t need to do much to it.

Jun is Morihata’s highest-quality organic ceremonial-grade matcha, grown in Uji, Japan. It has a vivid green color and a delicate, beautifully balanced flavor that’s best enjoyed simply whisked with water.

The tea leaves are carefully shade-grown before harvest, helping develop the color, sweetness, and flavor that make fine matcha so distinctive. After harvesting, the leaves are slowly stone-ground at just 30 grams per hour to preserve their freshness and character.

Preparing Jun is part of the pleasure. Spoon a little into your favorite matcha bowl, add water, and whisk until a fine layer of foam appears. Then sit down and enjoy it while it’s fresh.

There’s no need to save it for a tea ceremony or a special occasion. Make it on a quiet morning, share a bowl with someone, or reach for it when you simply want your matcha to be especially good.

Certified organic and produced in Uji, Japan.
