Morihata Organic Meigetsu Green Tea Bags

Regular price $18.00 Sale

A little taste of spring, whenever you feel like making a cup.

Meigetsu is an organic Japanese sencha made from young tea leaves harvested early in the growing season in Kirishima, Japan. These first leaves have a particularly fresh, sweet character, capturing some of that wonderful feeling of spring when everything seems new again.

Once steeped, the tea is bright and smooth with a delicate floral note reminiscent of lavender, followed by a clean, mineral finish. There’s a freshness to it that makes each cup feel light and lively without being sharp.

Meigetsu is offered in individual pyramid tea bags, giving the leaves plenty of room to open as they steep while making preparation beautifully simple. Drop one into your favorite cup, add hot water, and give it a few minutes.

It’s the tea I’d reach for on a quiet morning or when the afternoon needs something fresh. And because the tea bags are individually portioned, it’s easy to bring a few along to work or when you travel.

Simple to make, but anything but ordinary once it’s in the cup.

Detailed brewing instructions are included with each tin.

Organically grown in Kirishima, Japan.
